	Monday 12/15 BOE Meeting A Special Education Report and Capital Projects Bond update headline next Monday's Board of Education meeting at Scarsdale High School (and streaming live) starting at 6:30 PM. The bond work continues with the presentation of refined cost estimates for proposed building conditions and infrastructure work, and updates to the spatial cost estimates. The Administration will also present recommendations for reductions to the scope to bring the total cost under $100 million. 	From the First Schoolhouse Premiers! Around 200 alumni, neighbors and friends came together for a rare opportunity to celebrate our public school district on Wednesday, December 3rd, at the Scarsdale High School auditorium. 	Build a Gingerbread House Today! Come Join SHS Scarsdale Builders build Gingerbread Houses to Help Build Affordable Housing in Westchester with Fuller Housing of Greater NY & Habitat For Humanity! Join us on Today, December 12th (SHS Cafeteria 3:30-5:45) to join the party, decorate a house, meet Gingy, enjoy friends and have a great afternoon of holiday cheer for a good cause! 	Join us for the Holiday Sing Along! The best way to spread holiday cheer is singing loud for all to hear! Warm-up with hot cocoa and sing some tunes with your Scarsdale School Community. Join the Scarsdale Staff Choir and PT Council in a District-Wide Holiday Sing Along on Tuesday, December 16th, at QUAKER RIDGE SCHOOL (outside of the main entrance). All families are welcome--children must be accompanied by an adult.
	NYSSMA All-State Performers! We are delighted to report that the following seven SHS students were accepted to this year's NYSSMA ALL-STATE performance events in Rochester at the annual Winter Conference this past weekend: Alexander Hart, Chen Lei, Chenyu Li, Ryan Smith, Sofia Corriggio, Tia Mukamal, and Keitaro Dotoratos. The All-State event is an elite honors music festival comprised of the top students in each category across the state. Bravissimo!
