The Board of Education of the Scarsdale Union Free School District will hold the following meetings on Monday, December 15, 2025, in Room 170-172 at Scarsdale High School, 2 Brewster Road, unless noted otherwise. 

At 5:00 p.m., the Board will convene a Special Meeting with representatives from the Scarsdale Principals Association (SPA) in the SHS Learning Commons.

At 6:00 p.m., the Board will convene a Special Meeting. It is anticipated that the Board will enter into an Executive Session to discuss matters related to the employment history of a particular person.

Please note: Following the Executive Session, it may be necessary to delay the start of the Business Meeting for approximately 5 minutes for the audiovisual and technical setup.

At 6:30 p.m., the Board will convene a Business Meeting. 

Highlights of the Business Meeting agenda include the following:

• Cabinet Updates;

• A Consent Agenda, including a Personnel Report;

• Information and Discussion items, including budget transfers, the District Treasurer’s Report and Schedule of Investments, an Education Report: Special Education Update, a Capital Projects Bond Update, the first reading of Policy #5550 - Student Privacy, and gift proposals exceeding $1,000; and

• Action items include budget transfers, and gift proposals to Edgewood and Fox Meadow Elementary Schools, the Middle School, and the High School.
