Scarsdale Parents' Bill of RightsIn accordance with New York State Education Law Section 2-d, the Scarsdale School District has created a Parents’ Bill of Rights for Data Privacy and Security, which is applicable to all students and their parents and legal guardians. This document was updated to comply with the Part 121 Regulations for ED Law 2-d which went into effect on January 29, 2020.
