Annual Professional Performance Review (APPR)Instructions regarding APPR Rating Score Requests
New York State law allows parents and legal guardians of a student to request the final quality ratings (i.e., Highly Effective, Effective, Developing, Ineffective) of teachers and principals to which the student is assigned for the current school year. To request this information about your child’s current teacher/principal please download and complete the request form below. Copies of the form are also available in the Scarsdale Schools Human Resources Office. Please call the HR Office to schedule an appointment at 914/721-2415 and bring the completed form with you. Additional information regarding the APPR Plan will be available in the HR Office as well.
