Dear 4K Families,
It is my pleasure to welcome you to fourth grade! I am very excited to start the school year and get to know each of you! We are going to have a wonderful year together. In fourth grade, you will continue to become an avid reader, and we will continue with the writing process to craft many genres of published work. In math, you will continue to become strong problem-solvers as we navigate the units of the Reveal Math program. This year we will have many hands-on science activities, and we will learn about many interesting historical periods in our social studies curriculum.
On the first day of school, don't forget to bring a snack and an independent reading book.
Enjoy the last few days of summer and I can't wait to see you on August 31st!
