Welcome to Sixth Grade Health Class! I am looking forward to meeting you and having many wonderful learning experiences together.

Your health is the foundation of everything in your life and it consists of your physical, mental/emotional and social well-being. Our class is centered around a variety of topics that are relevant to your daily experiences as pre-teens. You will learn information and skills that can help you to be healthier, happier and more confident in yourself.  Our health class is designed for YOU! You will explore how your decisions can directly affect your well-being AND the well-being of others.

Health class is a quarterly course and follows the New York State Standards and National Standards for Health Education.
