                                Welcome to the exciting world of Technology Education!
    Technology is the use of tools, materials and knowledge to solve problems. Material processing is an important part of technology education. In this class you will learn all about tools and materials used in today's ever changing society.


    "A person who does not know how to use his hands can never really be independent"

    Terminology is an important part of the class. Remember, there are no "thingys" in technology class!
                                                                  Be sure to study the review packets for my tests.
    Safety first, dress safely in the Tech Lab
    Safety glasses must be worn at all times when working in the tech lab.

    No coats, jackets (of any type) or loose dangling necklace's are allowed. Any type of outerwear with a full zipper, or buttons must be removed for the class period. A pullover sweatshirt is OK, but be sure to tuck in the drawstrings.
    Anyone with hair past or touching their shoulders must wear a hair tie (a pony tail holder).
