The seventh grade Health Education course is a compilation of the issues that affect the lives of today’s adolescents.  The class will challenge students to expand his/her knowledge, explore his/her attitudes (which are often changing) and consider/evaluate behaviors in each area of study.  Topics of study include: General Health, Mindfulness, Personality Type, Food and Sustainability, Understanding Disease, Ups and Downs of Adolescence, First Aid and CPR, Current Health Topics and Reliable Resources.
