The main areas include: Structures and Phases of Matter; Atomic Structure; Chemical Nomenclature; Chemical Quantities; Behavior of Gases; Acid and Base Theories; Chemical Equations and Stoichiometric Ratios; Aqueous Solutions, Electrochemistry; Nuclear Reactions; Organic Reactions.
Students are encouraged and invited to participate during "Lecturing" and "Problems Solving" portions of the course. Home work assignments will be reviewed on regular basis.
Hands-On Practical Laboratory
Individual Topics will be supported by at least one "hands-on" activity involving contact time working with measuring and data collecting instruments, different reagents, and result analysis
