Welcome to Natalie Farina's Courses

The most important goal in any of my courses is the development of a student's own voice. My hope is that my

students develop confidence in their abilities to express themselves in writing and in speaking that reflects their

experience, intellect, passion, and talent.  To this end, students need to bring an open mind and an active imagination

to the work of the class. One of the best ways of developing our minds and imaginations is through the study of

literature.  To that end, I will share my excitement for the written word, and we will work together on strategies for

constructing meaning from a wide variety of texts.
