Welcome to 6th Grade! My name is Mr. Peters and I will be your Social Studies teacher this year. I am looking forward to getting to know all of you as we look towards an exciting and productive school year. I am confident that we will have a great year, and I look forward to watching all of you grow over the course of the school year!
In Social Studies this year, we will be exploring World History in the Eastern Hemisphere. We will explore the lives of early humans, and compare and contrast the ancient civilizations of Mesopotamia, China, Egypt, and more. We will also look to study the lasting impact of these civilizations on our world today.
Office Hours
Office Hours are typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons. Any changes to office hours will be posted on Schoology.
