Each school year, the Physical Education Department administers the FitnessGram physical fitness test.  The FitnessGram test will assess the physical fitness levels of each student's cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility.  In addition, each student will calculate their Body Mass Index (BMI) as the final component of the FitnessGram test.
