• Reading reading
    The unit of study we are working on the first month of school is reading comprehension strategies and character development.  We will read a class novel titled, Landry News, by Andrew Clements. The students will have the opportunity to read this book with a partner, as a class, and independently.  The first book we will complete as a read aloud is Things Not Seen, by Andrew Clements.  Throughout the month  we will focus on the realistic fiction genre.
