We serve families in lower Westchester County, New York City, and areas of Connecticut. We are hiring staff to fill the following positions - staff must be 16 or older by the start of camp:
General Counselor: General Counselors are the key to ensuring camper safety, participation, success, friendships, and an overall positive camp experience. We look for responsible, creative and energetic candidates that will be role models to our campers.
Group Leader: Group Leaders supervise Group Counselors & between 16-22 campers. Responsibilities include coaching and supervising counselors, communicating with parents, and ensuring a positive camp experience for each camper. Leaders are typically teachers with several years of experience working with children.
Specialty Program Staff: For applicants with an interest in one of our program areas such as arts and crafts, archery, nature, dance, drama, gymnastics, tennis, jewelry making, ceramics, ropes course, farm animal care, golf, STEM instruction, mountain biking, Legos, programming and coding, cooking, wilderness skills, ninja warrior/fitness, sports and more.
Lifeguard/SwimInstructor: Our Aquatics team is American Red Cross Lifeguard certified (LGT). American Red Cross Lifeguard/First-Aid/CPR/AED training is provided at no cost to qualified staff - must be a strong swimmer and know all strokes.

Rustic Pathways Since 1983, Rustic Pathways has been empowering teens to create positive energy, great friendships, and meaningful impact through inspired student travel programs. Our range of travel adventures are designed for animal lovers, environmental activists, and explorers of all kinds between the ages of 12-22. Rustic Pathways students are a community of globally-minded, self-aware young people able to identify their passions, grow in confidence, and create positive impact at a local and global level. Learn more Sababa Beach Camp Sababa Beachaway is a co-ed residential summer camp for rising fourth through twelfth graders, located in beautiful Virginia Beach, VA. Sababa immerses campers in the magic and majesty of the beach, adds the right amount of spiritual practice, and provides a fun, non-competitive yet challenging camp experience! Sababa offers several session options ranging from 2 to 6 weeks that invite campers to escape the grind in order to ride the wave, catch the wind, explore the sea, and capture the moment. Whether on a surfboard, in a sailboat, or under the sea, Sababa campers learn exhilarating new skills, build lifelong relationships, grow a stronger sense of self, and stoke an innate spiritual flame.

Sail Caribbean With over 40 years of experience, students age 11 through 18 learn sailing, racing and seamanship while living coed with their own age group aboard 50-foot yachts and cruising the British Virgin and Leeward Islands. No prior experience is required. Our focus is on experiential learning, leadership training and personal growth. Scuba certifications, snorkeling, tubing, wakeboarding, kayaking, and island exploration are just a few of the activities that we do day-to-day. Marine biology and community service are built into every program as well. Students earn up to 30 service hours with projects including mentoring local youth and environmental conservation. Learn more School for Ethics and Global Leadership (SEGL) SEGL is a summer-, semester-, or year-long residential academic program in Johannesburg, London, and Washington, DC, as well as a full-year, two-semester experience at any two of our three campuses.
