    • Fall Strength & Conditioning Start Date:  11/5/20
    • Hours of Operation:  M - F,  3:30 - 5:45
        • Session 1:  3:30 - 4:15
        • Session 2:  4:15 - 5:00
        • Session 3:  5:00 - 5:45
    • Cohort A Sessions:  Mondays and Thursdays
    • Cohort B Sessions:  Tuesdays and Fridays
    • Wednesdays will alternate weekly



    Get Started

    Step 1: Register for the Fitness Center google classroom that pertains to your Cohort 

    • Cohort A Code:  rq7dp52
    • Cohort B Code:  bb27myc

     

    Step 2: Every morning you will receive an email at 5am to register for the time slot that you prefer. Once the registration for a session reaches 24 students it will automatically close and you will have to choose a different session. So do it early! 

     

    Upon Arrival

    Step 3: Scan the QR barcode outside the Fitness Center entrance BEFORE entering. 

     

    Step 4: Sanitize hands at the front desk.

     

    Step 5:  Train safely following all safety and operational guidelines.

     

    Step 6:  Exit the designated doorway.
