• "Zentangle" Fridays
    Every Friday students partake in this
    brief activity (15 minutes) of mindfulness.
    The purpose is for the students to
    decompress from the week. 
    They listen to relaxing music quietly
    while creating a "tangle" (pattern) design
    a "4X4" tile. Each week a new
    tangle is introduced.
