PTC/PTA Bylaws, Procedures, and Standing RulesPT Council, known formally as the Scarsdale Council of Parent-Teacher Associations, is the umbrella organization for the Scarsdale PTA units which exist at each of the seven Scarsdale Public Schools. It is a separate entity with its own elected officers and committees. The membership is drawn from teachers, parents, and administrators at each school. The President from each individual PTA serves as a member of the PTC Executive Committee and serves as a liaison between the PT Council and the respective PTA unit.
The bylaws, procedures, and standing rules below operate in addition to the separate bylaws, procedures, and standing rules in place at each of the seven PTA units.
