    Some Fun Facts About Me: 
     
    * I grew up in Pleasantville, NY and returned to Pleasantville 15 years ago to raise my family
    * I majored in Family Studies at The University of New Hampshire, and minored in Italian and Education
    * I studied in Florence, Italy for 6 months 
    * I earned my Masters in Curriculum and Teaching at Teachers College, Columbia University
    * I taught in NH and Maine 
    * I taught both Kindergarten and 4th grade in Dobbs Ferry, NY for 5 years 
    * I taught 4th grade at Fox Meadow for 1 year
    *This is my seventh year teaching 3rd grade at Heathcote 
    * I love to be outdoors to hike, bike, and swim
    * I have three children
    * My husband is a 6th grade math teacher and we have been married for 20 years.
     
    * I love teaching...my students always teach me something new!
