Heathcote PTA Membership (2019-2020)Thank you for supporting your child's school PTA. We aim for and usually achieve 100% enrollment. Your membership dues enable the PTA to provide a wide range of services, activities, and programs for the students, faculty, and families of Heathcote Elementary School, such as:
- After School Clubs
- Book Fair
- Class Trips
- Educational Speakers
- Garden Program
- Learning to Look Art Program
- Lice Checks
- Makerspace Supplies
- Student Directory
- Visiting Authors
- Other Special Programs and Events
Only PTA members receive access to the online directory and weekly e-blasts. Heathcote PTA membership is $30 per adult (plus $5 for additional adults in the household; children cannot join).
Registration for the Heathcote PTA is exclusively online. You will need to have contact information for all members of your household, credit card, and childrens' teacher assignments.
Current SchoolBee accounts will remain active until September 1, 2019. After that date, those who have paid PTA dues will receive an email invitation from SchoolBee. Check your SPAM FOLDER if you did not receive it. Follow the link provided in the email to review and update your household contact information. Your SchoolBee profile will populate both our online and printed directory, so please be sure it is current and accurate. All fields that are completed in your SchoolBee profile will be accessible for viewing in both the online and printed directory.
Please save your PayPal confirmation e-mail for your records, as that will be the only receipt issued for your membership. We will activate all SchoolBee accounts for those who have joined the PTA after September 3, 2019. If you ordered a hard copy of our directory, it will be distributed by your oldest child’s classroom teacher when it comes back from the printer, typically in mid to late October.
September can be a crazy month for all parents. Please be kind to our PTA Treasurer and Membership/Directory Chair who are volunteering their time and doing their utmost to make registration a smooth and easy process.
