Previous Teaching Experience: NYS certified art teacher with 16 years of experience working in private, public, after-school and summer art programs throughout New York City and Westchester County.  I am responsible for developing and implementing a standards-based curriculum inclusive of the academic, socio-emotional and diverse learning needs of children across six grade levels.

Education: I hold an MS. Ed. in educational leadership from Long Island University.  A Masters of Art Teaching from the School Of Visual Arts in New York, specializing in arts education for K-12.  I received my BFA in Printmaking from Rhode Island School of Design.  

Artist: I am a practicing visual artist, working in my studio in New York and Connecticut.  My current work focuses on the integration of found objects with traditional art media.
