    Q. WHEN AND WHERE DOES YEARBOOK MEET?


    A. Yearbook meets every Wednesday in room 1N7. If you are interested in joining yearbook, you can simply show up on Wednesdays, or feel free to email Ms. Stacey Dawes sdawes@scarsdaleschools.org for information.

     

    Q. WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A SHS YEARBOOK?

    A. Yearbooks can be purchased at Yearbook Order Center . The school's order number is 4750.

     

    Q. WHAT ARE SENIOR ADS AND WHEN ARE THEY DUE?  

    A.  Senior Ads are found at the back of the yearbook. They are a paid tribute to graduating seniors from their parents or family members, and are a way to celebrate the student's hardwork, accomplishments, and high school graduation. The first deadline for ads is September 30th, 2023, no later than midnight; however, ads can still be purchased after midnight, with a late fee assessed, until October 14th, by midnight. October 14th is the final deadline. Ads cannot be purchased after October 14th.

     

    Q. WHAT DO SENIOR ADS LOOK LIKE?

    A.  Sample ads can be found under the "Sample Senior Ad" tab to your left.

     

    Q. HOW CAN I CREATE AND PURCHASE A SENIOR AD?

    A.  Create and purchase your ad online by using Herff Jones's online Ad creation.

          STEP 1:Visit www.yearbookordercenter.com

          STEP 2:   Enter school’s order number: 4750

          STEP 3: Select the "Yearbook Ads" tab at the top of the page.

          STEP 4: Select the ad type you want and follow the directions.

     

    Q.  WHAT DO I DO IF I MISSED MY PHOTO/ID CARD PHOTO DURING FRESHMEN ORIENATION OR I WOULD LIKE TO RETAKE MY PICTURE?

    A.  On October 16th any freshman who has not had their photo taken will report to The Little Theater during one of their free periods or during the lunch period to have their photo taken. 

     

    Q.  WHEN WILL THE 10TH & 11TH GRADE PORTRAIT PICTURES BE TAKEN AND HOW DO I ORDER THEM?

    A.  Picture Day for 10th & 11th graders will be either October 11th or 12th.  Students will take their photo during their English class and the teacher will inform them of the specific day.  Additional information will be made available mid September.

     

    Q.  WHAT IF I MISSED PICTURE DAY OR  I NEED TO RETAKE MY SCHOOL PHOTO?

    A.  If a student has missed their picture or they would like to retake their photo, they are able to sit for their photo during "retake" day, October 16th. Students will report to The Little Theater during one of their free periods or during the lunch period to have their photo taken.  If this is a retake, the student must return the photo package that was mailed to them.
