EDGEWOOD PTA LUNCH PROGRAM POLICIES

REFUND POLICY

We cannot offer any refunds for any reason including missed lunches due to illness, field trips during the lunch hour, school cancellations or any other causes of a child’s absence.  Cancellations will only be accepted from students or staff members who leave school in the middle of the year.

ORDER POLICY

Any changes in orders (new orders, and exchanges) will take place on the first day of each following month.  New families will be added to their desired lunch program effective immediately.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

These in-school lunch programs are run solely by PTA volunteers. They offer an alternative to bringing a lunch from home. You must be a member of the PTA to participate in these PTA sponsored lunch programs.  We encourage you to volunteer as your schedule permits.  If your child is signed up for a specific lunch program, please do your best to volunteer for that lunch program or any other.  It is approximately a 1 hour time commitment during your children’s lunch hour.
